This experience was good; the bus was much newer, cleaner and more comfortable than rides I’ve been on before. It was a 10 hour trip so the winter trip I took on an old, uncomfortable bus with a non-functioning toilet was horrible. On this trip both drivers updated us consistently on where we stopped and how much time we had - they were very helpful.

Sincwe bought refundable tickets for an extra $30 we were pretty disappointed that even after discussing it with the woman. On the phone who agreed that there would be no further fees for changing the tickets to an earlier less busy trip. The driver almost kick d us off the bus in Kamloops for not having $30/ticket for changing the tickets. And the leg room is non existent
