The driver was phenomenal. He asked everyone to confirm their destination and assisted those of us who didn’t know where they were going. He lifted all the luggage in and out and negotiated motor way and narrow street traffic in that big bus. Well done sir!
First time to use a coach - glad that my first experience went smoothly. Took coach 39 from LHR at 1405 to Thornhill. The coach driver was so ever polite and helpful. All travellers seem to have a question or 2 and he took time to listen and advise accordingly. The coach was clean as well.
the driver loaded my bags and he was very angry at me for not telling me that it was heavy. I aplogised for not saying beforehand but he kept on going at me. He needs to understand that airport baggage are definitely going to be heavy and he should be mindful of that and throw his anger at me eventhough I apologised.
Not on time, but v helpful/ humane driver who let me on earlier than my ticket said as I had just got nack from Bangcock and was very tired, and comfortable bus
The driver said i needed a ticket with a UPC code on it; my email-sent ticket did not have one - this caused a problem and i nearly had to buy a new ticket! bad.
Accident on M40 was the holdup. The driver did an excellent job in loading luggage onto bus... with no help. A young man came and wheeled away three carts and did not return to assist... what’s up with that!
Appart from being late, which was due to traffic the bus drivers were friendly and helpful and i liked the fact, that my ticket was valied for any time of travel, i was however worried, that there would be no place left on the bus i was aiming for.
The bus driver was unaware that his bus was operating for national express, he send to an information booth and drove off. The information staff told me that that had been my bus. I had to wait 30 min for a next bus.
On a full day international trip, this type of stuff makes a journey exhausting.
I bought the ticket online, the web information says that the only way of getting the ticket is online and the ticket must be printed. This two thinks are not necessary when i took the bus. Please change it the web information. Thanks
My online ticket failed to work on the bus. Furthermore, no information was given to me regarding what the bus number was. Very poor information and communication. I had to walk between terminals and stops asking every national express member, where I needed to go and everyone directed me to a different location.
