National Express Luton Oxford recent customer reviews
The driver greeted everyone with a big smile, kept us informed throughout the journey. Really enjoyed the smooth ride and will use the service happily again.
The driver was very efficient. He stopped someone who was having a very loud telephone conversation and he changed route to avoid a big delay on the normal route. Comfortable ride and on time.
Delays can happen due to road accidents but I would expect NE to have a back up plan / alternative bus available to cover for thede eventualities. Being close to 2 hours late causes the travellers major disruptions. Therefore I would expect NE to offer at least compensation or at least a substantial refuds.
Based on 415 reviews, the company was rated 3.9 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff but often complained with the power outlets. Infobus ticket prices on this trip start at $27.00
