It's okay to couple hours late, but total over 12 hours late is insane and we don't have any other options and information.
My bus was 2 hrs late leaving a stop because a driver decided he wanted to go home had to wait for back up driver which mad me miss my las vegas conn. I flagstaff had to sit at flagstaff terminal from 5 pm until. 2 :15 am. For next bus.that caused me to miss a very important meeting. With out even a sorry for the inconvence
