The bus was about 70 minutes late leaving Phoenix, the bus driver never once apologized for the delay, he was rude to me when I was offering to help slide seats out if the way to make room to get a guy in a wheelchair into the bus.... Plus the driver never once smiled or said anything nice for the whole trip.
