I paid extra to sit in leg room seats and the bus driver (London - Bristol) didn’t let me, with no explanation. Very annoying as the other seats I know from experience are too small for me as I am tall.
Bristol - Exeter driver was 5*, however.

Excellent service. My only complaint is that I mistakenly booked two tickets - unrefundable / unexchangeable - the next day, instead of Monday, 06/12/2021. I had to pay again to leave on my original planned date. Why? (The coach was no more than one quarter full).
