Late departure by over an hr. At the first stop the driver gets her arm stuck in the door, gets injured. She drive back 30 minutes to the station. We wait another 2 hrs for new driver. Throughout this whole ordeal the staff acted as if they couldn't care any less, often getting angry at passengers asking for updates. Never again
