The timeliness was hours delayed and the layover/transfer bus was not ready when we arrived. There was too much waiting and lots of time wasted since there weren't drivers or buses ready to depart for the trip I paid for.
Your Staff was very professional. Continue to encourage them. Give them salary raises when possible. Thanks again.
Overall the journey was great from fort Lauderdale to Nashville. However the trip from Nashville to Memphis was not so great, we got to Nashville at 1:40 am and were to have left Nashville at 3:15 am we did not have a driver for the bus so we did not leave until 5:10a.m. That made us late to get to Memphis by 2 hours and that interfered with our plans. So that was the challenge with that leg of the trip it seem very unorganized.
Employees VERY rude, inconsiderate hostile
Mr. Thomas was great
The seats are uncomfortable
