Bus never showed up to pickup point. I had to board my correct bus at a connection point one hour later.

The bus broke down on the side of the road and it was more than 5 hours late.

Greyhound has a wonderful reputation, but I have switched to smaller companies recently because of how rude and mean the workers are. 4/5 are always cursing, yelling, and being snarky. I have been referred to as “white boy” among other things. I’m not even white.

I was on the bus departing at Gainesville to West Palm Beach my bus broke down and I was not transported to my final destination. Our bus was estimated to arrive to our location at 7:35 pm and at 8:37 pm we were stuck on the side of the road, 13 miles from our destination waiting for a bus that was would be able to transport us to our destination three hours later which would have added a total of four hours added time to our arrival. Our driver pulled over four times from Orlando area towards West Palm for about 1-2 minute increments and when a passenger would ask if there was an issues the driver would not respond. We were pulled over in front of the turnpike sign 109 when our bus stopped for about ten minutes and then continued for another 2 miles until the bus engine was over-exhausted and we were stranded for multiple hours. When asked a question our bus driver would refuse to communicate, raised his voice, told people “no more questions” and would not assist anyone. The bus service did not transport me to my final destination and I was given a ride by a fellow passenger’s family member. The motto of red coach is to help assist for a passenger to reach their “final destination” but Redcoach was not helpful at assisting all passengers on this bus ride.

I am very dissatisfied by the services provided by redcoach on my recent trip home from Gainesville. The first bus had a cracked windshield which caused an hour delay and prevented me from feeling safe. However second bus they brought for the remainder of the journey made the first one seem completely safe by comparison because the shock pads on the wheels where obviously in need of repair and the bus was literally bouncing up and down the entire way home. I felt extremely unsafe as did many other passengers and despite several complaints to the driver he refused to even slow down. This experience totally turned me off to redcoach and until I see a significant improvement in your buses I will not being doing business with your company any longer.
