Bus Tickets from Philadelphia to South Station

No heat working on the bus; bus driver refused to drive based on the discomfort caused by the lack of heat. Instead of finding a better bus, they just found a bus driver willing to take a cold trip to Boston. Note; the replacement driver did well under the circumstances.

The driver was the worst ever extremely rude talked as we were children made stops to drop another driver off made another stop and without checking to make sure all passengers were on the bus he laughed and said oh well hopefully everyone on the bus and drove off the driver made the ride the worst New York station isn’t professional either no one was there to say the bus will be late nothing

Traffic and weather affected the timing. Also to go in through the Lincoln Tunnel to Port Authority and then back through it to dad toward Boston was a bit disconcerting.

It was terrible, we have to choose a climate control place to receive customers.

it was raining, the driver left us in the rain until 10:20 we arrived in NY, the other bus left without us. it was the driver from another company who convinced customer service to help us

First time Flix user so some confusion at departure locations. No equipmet (grabber) or assistance provided to pull luggage out from under bus. Arrived early but was not allowed to board an earlier bus (per driver company policy). Otherwise OK trip.

Staff provided outstanding customer service. Coach seats should be assigned (like business class)
