The bus driver did not tell us we would have to switch buses. When we finally got that information from one of the staff members, it was immediately after the bus we were supposed to get on left. The entire cohort of people going to my destination were stranded at the station for 2 hours because of the neglect of the staff. Unacceptable. I will never travel Greyhound again.
