I was very disappointed that the bus was not on time and when it arrived we were not given any reasoning as to why. I waited over an hour since the ticket told me to be 15 minutes prior to pick up.

The bus driver did not tell us we would have to switch buses. When we finally got that information from one of the staff members, it was immediately after the bus we were supposed to get on left. The entire cohort of people going to my destination were stranded at the station for 2 hours because of the neglect of the staff. Unacceptable. I will never travel Greyhound again.
