Greyhound Philadelphia Chicago recent customer reviews
Drivers and management were very nice, the actual service was terrible. I spent 16 hour in stations or on buses and only made it to Pittsburgh from Philadelphia. My itinerary changed 5 times and I never even made it to Chicago. An absolute disaster, I'll never use Greyhound again
The bus was OK ,not great, though on of the buses I boarded, the toilet wasn't clean and the smell was horrible. Layover time is so long. Also, I was unlucky to travel with rude passengers. I hope that doesn't happen frequently.
In the middle of way, we had layover 1:45min, and we had to go out from the bus and wait. I was waiting, and bus driver left after 40min !!! With all my luggage inside!!! Greyhound for a long trip with luggage- NEVER AGAIN
