The drivers especially seem courteous. The ride was comfortable, however, from the get go there were delays up to 2 hrs. Other than the delays, the trip was good.

Your bus driver left me, my son and 4 other passengers in a rest stop in the middle of nowhere. She said we had a half hour. We came out at a half hour and the bus was gone. Nobody from Greyhound would help us, despite numerous calls to the 1-800 number. I spent 450 dollars on a private car service to ride me home.
