Server is good just to crewed on the bus don't feel safe far as the virus

It was a pleasant trip. I was going to rate my driver but the new buses didn’t have the text number. However on a scale of 1-5 stars, I would definitely give him FIVE (5) STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The staff who helped load luggage into the bus was extremely rude.
As a tourist I deserve a good service from the lady who sells the tickets, I only speak French and I was buying a ticket for New York, today and she treated me badly, I could not buy it and she touched me in peterpan, if they do not improve anything it serves her good service in transportation

Comfy and nice temperature, weren’t in rush so didn’t matter about slight lateness
Besides the medical emergency, the ride went well. The driver was very professional and polite!!
The trip was very nice. The driver even made a rest stop and I was able to stretch my legs and which was very nice.

I am VERY displeased. The station was FILTHY with garbage, flies, and even a PIGEON flying around. The staff was very RUDE, however they did eventually help confused customers. The bus was 2 hours late with no explanation, the driver did not seem to car that someone was smoking tobacco ON THE BUS, eventually the bus BROKE DOWN and I had to call someone to come get me. This experience was a NIGHTMARE. I will NEVER ride with greyhound again unless I am contacted by a customer service representative IMMEDIATELY.

The bus was 40 minutes late, and no updates were ever given to the passengers during the delay.
Was told not to book with busbud again..
The bus was two hours late and I tried to update my ticket and they wanted a twenty dollars charge for a twenty dollars ticket. Was told I could change online by customer rep. Not so. She wanted me off the phone

The Greyhound staff was especially rude and unhelpful. Never riding another Greyhound bus, my business has gone to Amtrak
I have travelled a few times with this company,They have been great so far until this trip.The bus arrived late,then on the way to Baltimore it broke down.We waited 30 minutes for another bus.in the end we got into an uber as we only have 2 days to see Baltimore.
The bus was 1 hour late. Horrible experience.
