The trip was horrible, I had to sit on the top of my luggage cause there was no seat available. The ticket is only one stop but the bus changes at three different locations and throughout these changes I had an issue with getting on the bus. I’ll never use Greyhound again.

This was the first time using Greyhound bus service. In every step of the way, from departure, connecting and arriving, I was late. Also there is no communication or status of what's going on. Called customer service and they tried to push me away off of them to a different representative. Worst ever trip. Won't use this service anymore.
