Very professional, first time travelling by coach as I didn’t want to get multiple trains and this took me straight to my destination:) will definitely use again
It is a great option and affordable. However about half the journeys I’ve booked have been 45 mins to an hour late without any notification. I book coaches well in advance if I have a flight because none of the Reading to Gatwick’s journeys I’ve booked have been on time. It has been due to traffic which is understandable, but it would be helpful to send an SMS to customers in advance if this happens - I was waiting an hour and 15 mins in the cold and dark for my coach last week, if I’d received a message that could have been different. Otherwise the bus journey was very pleasant :)
We would NENER use the service again! The driver was rude, swore at us and drove off saying no room for any more cases. He was already half an hour late.
Was a little arriving at the outbound stop and I was not able to track it
Could not find bus stop with ease & had no one at national express to call and find out. Very unhelpful with address location
Totally disappointed will never use this service again
Very disappointing!!! The bus was late 25 minutes at arrival and would be another 20 on destination. Forced to pay 150£ For a taxi from Heathrow Central to Gatwick not to loose my plane!
Bus was 20 minutes late and there was a cold draft for the entire journey.
There was no wifi. There was no itinerary info we thought we were going direct to Gatwick not via Heathrow as well. Driver gave no info on stops. No facility to book seats together.
Awful, wrong station was written on the ticket so I waited for about an hour and then had to pay 100 pounds for a taxi because of that
there were no indication of what bus stop to wait at and the bus driver seemed very grumpy on the way there I expected to sit next to my partner and people took up two seats just for one person and the curtains weren't clean he wasn't very helpful when it came to knowing where we were and what stops we were doing but the following Thursday we had a lovely bus driver he was very helpful gave us an update on the microphone every time we stopped saying where we were how long until we were at our destination
Our case got taken by some other passenger or left at Gatwick's north terminal, meaning that we had to rush around to get our bag back from north terminal as we were in south. This made our journey more stressful than needed
The bus at 03:40am didnt stop to pick me up then after calling to emergency number i got second bus booked 1 hour later at 04:55am but it also didnt stop then i have booked a taxi to airport which cost me £65 i could not wait any longer for third bus because i would miss my flight, this was very stressful and inconvienent i didnt sleep all night not sure if i will use this service again, very dissapointed
