Chargers were not working
Hi I can truly say that I was very impressed the bus journey I would recommend this service to my family and friends.
The curtain and USB port were both broken on the bus, however the bus was on time which was great
We tried to change the ticket dates on line, failed, and then travelled to London by train
The bus didn't have any plugs, so there was no way of charging anything, which made the 11 hour bus extremely dull. Also I am now covered in tiny bites from something that I didn't have before I boarded, so even though it's cheap, I wouldn't do it again as it seems it had fleas
Was a good trip. But the wifi not exist. Please find a solution. Is important for the travelers. Thanks
The bus trip was great and I can’t believe how cheap it was to get from Edinburgh to London. The drivers were very nice and helpful and the two drivers we had for the second half of the trip had a bit of tension to contend with with passengers talking loudly on their mobiles and one girl constantly using her mobile and driving one man to yell at her. The driver handled these situations very well.
Coach journey excellent but let down by conditions at Victoria bus station. It was like going back in time (looked the same as when I travelled there 50 years ago.) Squalid, hot , dirty, crowded, no where to sit. London should be ashamed of itself. It was a pleasure to get on the coach !!!
El bus llego 3 hs mas tarde
Journey time ok but staff very miserable
Disappointed bus arrive 3 hours delay was very cold in the bus very bad experiences
The timing was punctual, the drivers were first class and the coach was clean and tidy
Very satisfied that there are total 3 drivers for the total trip from Edinburgh to London. Felt very safe to travel onboard the overnite bus. The drivers are careful n professional.
The National Express did not provide the bus service that I had booked including other 17 people. It was the worst experience I had ever had in various countries. Poor UK system.
The ticket said I'd be in Golders Green at 7:10pm. We didn't get there until 8:10pm. ???the one hour stop for refreshments???
