there were no indication of what bus stop to wait at and the bus driver seemed very grumpy on the way there I expected to sit next to my partner and people took up two seats just for one person and the curtains weren't clean he wasn't very helpful when it came to knowing where we were and what stops we were doing but the following Thursday we had a lovely bus driver he was very helpful gave us an update on the microphone every time we stopped saying where we were how long until we were at our destination
Our case got taken by some other passenger or left at Gatwick's north terminal, meaning that we had to rush around to get our bag back from north terminal as we were in south. This made our journey more stressful than needed
