The bus was an hour and a half late. Stood freezing at the bus stop, and missed my bus connection from Victoria. Dreadful, will have to think carefully and be better prepared before I decide to use this service again.
Not bad considering a big crash on the M4,
The bus did not come at the appointed time, but a substitute bus was provided an we reached London on time.
Very nice and economical trips. I love that the victoria coach station is not far from the city centre of london . Really convenient!
The Internet worked to Heathrow Airport and then just died
Bus didn’t turn up and after waiting half an hour we had to get a taxi to heathrow to take the express to Paddington so we could still make our train to Brussels on time. I will never use National Express again. Shocking
Unlike our previous experience, this trip was fantastic. Driver had a lovely attitude to everyone and the journey to London was very enjoyable.
Excellent bus service on this occasion.
