My experience was horrible. The first bus was late, and then broke down halfway between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. We were delayed for 3 hours. When I finally got to Cleveland, I was able to get on the next bus to Chicago, but it was behind my schedule by at least two hours (I think actually 4). In Cleveland, they told me that I wouldn't be able to even leave for Minneapolis on that day because all of the buses were full. Then I would be almost 24 hours late because I would have to stay overnight in Chicago. When I got to Chicago, they said there was one seat left on the bus that left at 9:55 in the evening, but I would have to pay 20 dollars to change my ticket again, although it wasn't my fault that it was changed in the first place! I finally arrived to Minneapolis a day later than scheduled causing me to miss work.
