Awful, the worst company I ever traveled with. The bus was late by 11 hours, the staff were rude and we got there in way more time that was mentioned. The worst bus don’t ever go with them.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 3 in the afternoon to Natal, arrived only at 5 in the evening, the staff woke up the whole bus at 11:30 at night for half an hour to deliver unimportant messages, in my opinion made too many breaks while traveling: 2 half hour breaks for food and excessive short breaks For the toilet and smoking, I made long trips than that and such an amount of constipation, sleep disturbance during the night, and the horrible smell that was in the toilet was just unbearable
