The bus was really uncomfortable.
I was at the back of the bus as I bought the last seat. The toilet door seat was loose, and so kept hitting my chair and back against the door frame for most of the journey, until we tied a jumper to the handle and a mounted handle. There is also no wifi which I don't usually moan about, but for a 30 hour journey is a little inconvenient.
Good and friendly staff. Nice and comfortable bus. I liked it
The internet was nonexistent. Also a child was allowed to ride free which created a cramped and confusing environment. The bus was supposed to arrive at 2:30 it arrived at 4:30.
