Users generally found the bus service to be clean and comfortable, with friendly drivers. The Timmins bus station also posed challenges due to its closure at night without seating options available outside.
Ontario Northland Sudbury Cochrane recent customer reviews
The drivers were very friendly. The bus was clean and very comfortable. We arrived on time 👏 one of the problems was Timmins bus station. We had to wait 45 minutes to transfer to the other bus. The terminal was closed. No benches to sit on outside. At 10:00 at night mosquitoes were out. The bus from Sudbury to Timmins had no cup holders. The bus from Timmins to Cochrane was comfortable enough but the foot rest was broke. Otherwise it was a pretty good experience.
