Looking for assistance at Valparaiso bus station booking office but staff member spoke no English and was unhelpful; went to second booking office where staff spoke English and were very helpful.Bus punctual, clean, modern, comfortable with safe driver; man who checked us onto bus spoke English, was polite, friendly and helped with luggage.

Staff were brilliant, got us onto an earlier bus, excellent seats at the front of the upper deck, comfortable and roomy. Lots of leg space too. WiFi advertised but we couldnt get it which was the only disappointing thing .
