No Toilet paper. Waste paper got filled quickly but was not cleared so paper accumulated on floor.
Waste bottles, newspapers, etc had not been cleaned prior to us getting on board.

Bus was late, under a different company name which we had no idea until some deep googling when bus hadn’t shown up. Arrived late and compared to most buses in South America pretty poor quality. No refreshments on what ended up a >10 hour journey too
