Greyhound Washington Charlottesville recent customer reviews
the bus was canceled because “the driver didn’t show up”. we were waiting in like to board the bus for 25 minutes without knowing this, and we didn’t find out the bus had been canceled until another passenger told us. Left us stranded in DC scrambling for a way to get to charlottesville. Very unhappy experience. The staff never made an announcement and we never got an email it was canceled, just stood there waiting for a bus that wasn’t going to leave.

When setting the bus up for a wheelchair there was an unbelievably loud beeping noise for about ten minutes, I've had a migraine ever since. It was bad enough for me to never ride Greyhound again if I can avoid it.
