First, I was put on the wrong bus, despite it being the only bus at the stop and being told that it was the correct bus. Then, when it didn't stop in Philadelphia I was told the next stop I could get off at was Trenton, NJ. The bus continued past Trenton, NJ nearly all the way to NY because the Trenton stop was closed. It took me 3.5 hours and $25 to get back to Philadelphia.
The driver was kind but because of the late departion she raced with the bus. It was so unsafe and we almost had an accident. We waited to long for getting on the bus. One of the windowcleaners from the bus were broke and the driver drove with that bus while it was so rainy. It rained to whole day. I literally hold my heart for this three hours to past. I will never go with this buscompany again and will definitely not revommend it.
I was so ferstrat the bus is in truble a mile distance from the union station and we stayed 1 and half hour's . They weren't change at that moment and it's stop again also at Baltimore and we staying more than 45 or 50 min
The bus was standard, comfortable, and not too crowded. The driver was direct and helpful. The stop in Baltimore was quick and easy. The driver was smart and knew how to avoid traffic and although there was a 10 minute delay we made great time. The price was fair for the ride.
The drive take his responsibility of letting people low down their voice. There are WiFi and charging place in the bus .It’s arrive Philadelphia on time. I think it’s a good trip.
I thought it was an easy bus ride. I really liked how there were outlets on all of the seats. The stop in Baltimore was quick and easy. We still managed to arrive a little late. Otherwise, a smooth ride.
Bus driver drove well with no personality.
She stopped on the road to go to the bathroom because she had been drinking what looked like a smoothie. She never said a word. I was thinking that the bus had problems.
There was no electrical power and difficult to use WIFI.
Very late and never apologized or told us we would be late.
That was my first and last ride with Peter Pan.
The service from Washington to Philadelphia was late and too much delayed. Reached Philadelphia very late.
The rest room inside the bus was emanating too much bad smell from the time of departure from Washington DC.
One of the worst experience I ever had travel in the US I couldn’t be on time in Philadelphia because the bus was more than 2hrs delate I miss some important agenda for your fault and pessimistic logistic
The departure time was 5:55. We were standing in line past that and nobody from the staff came apologized for the wait or even told us how much longer we will be waiting for. Finally 15 or so minutes later we boarded and the bus was dirty and stinking of pee. It was hard to breathe because of the smell. This was a painful experience.
They made us wait an hour until after the scheduled departure time to tell us the bus was broken down in another state and that it would be another two hours for another bus to come. I had to take an Amtrak train to get to my daughter's birthday which cost me over twice as much as the entire round trip I had to refund.
Autant notre voyage entre New York et Washington était très correct autant celui entre Washington et Philadelphia était très décevant. Sièges dégradés, pas de prises électriques ni de reposes pieds sur nos fauteuils. Odeurs nauséabondes dans le bus.
they boarded NJ first, so although we were there half an hour before departure, as requested, we still got seated after the bus was full and therefore had a very poor choice of seats.
The bus was not bad but the service was not good. We did not get on the bus we paid for and they didn't tell us anything about it. Many people had to catch planes.
