The bus didn’t have any ac. We asked the driver and he responded with bad attitude saying that the ac wasn’t working and that if we wanted to we could just get out there and wait for another bus. Instead of apologizing because we didn’t know the ac wasn’t working. It was so hot everyone was sweating. Also they threw our baggage in the second stop just because it didn’t have a sticker. We didn’t know until they told us. The lady was rude. The also didn’t check nobody baggage so irresponsible and unprofessional.
Awful, buses were extremely late and had little to no communication as to when it would come. Two young vulnerable girls stuck in a bus station to we’re unfamiliar with. Will not use ever again
I have been traveling for well over 24 hours from Washington dc to Atlanta, ga. My first bus was delayed 2 and half hours causing me and my young child to miss our connecting bus causing us to be at the Richmond,va station for 7 hours . Along this route we had problems with seating and there was no food available for purchase only over priced vending machine snacks. I am highly dissatisfied and I will never willing take the greyhound again I would rather hitch hike!!
Our first bus was delayed two hours which then caused us to miss our connecting bus in Richmond. This meant an hour long wait at the bus station when we had been told in Washington we would not have to exit the bus or make a transfer. In addition, we were made to get off the bus at Charlotte and wait and additional hour, our arrival tim in Atlanta being several hours later than had been promised. The communication and service of the bus drivers was awful. The organization at each station was confusing and overall nonexistent. Will not be taking Greyhound again.
Overall, the trip was uncomfortable and the service provided by the employees were below average. I'm pretty sure I will not be using greyhound again in the future.
The bus was the worst, filthy and inadequate to be in service. It left D.C. & broke down in Va. never made it to the 1st transfer point. I will never take a Greyhound Bus again in LIFE!!!
Driver very rude. I am an 84 year old senior. The senior setting was not made available to me, was occupied by 30 something not handicap. Will never use greyhound again
My bus was late and I left with another bus after 4h! After standing in the cold in the evening for 3,5h without anybody being able to tell us what was going on! I'd rather not have another Greyhound experience again and I still have a lot of travelling to do!
The bus was an hour late, the bus driver has been going off on everybody, kicking people off the bus, and the funny thing is in still sitting on the motionless bus right now!
