train wasn’t working replacement was a bus. my ticket over priced for a bus ride that didn’t leave on time and second arrived very late than the time it said

Train was 40min late, totalling to a 5hr ride, which in comparison, is a 2½-3hr bus or car ride. No electrical outlets of any kind, usb or otherwise, so no way to charge laptops or phones. Wifi was trash, could barely load web pages; coach buses have better wifi.
