Bus was dead on time, but was a bit old and some of the overhead locker doors in the cabin didn't close properly.
Horrible. The trip was rescheduled from 8 PM to 5:30 PM without due consideration of passengers’ itinerary. I picked the trip for 8 PM because I would not be able to travel until that time. I missed the bus. I called the customer care line severally but wasn’t connecting. I sent emails but no reply.

The ride itself was good, comfortable, liked that there were plugs available. I was concerned that I couldn't check my large bag but was pleased to find storage areas in front by the doors. The porters were very helpful in lifting my suitcase into the train. The coffee service was a nice surprise! Will travel again on VIA.
