Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Ottawa

The trip went smoothly! The only negative is that the bus could've been cleaned a bit. There were leftover crumbs and chips on the floor from the previous group. But the seats themselves were okay.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The bus was dysfunctional and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere for 7 hours. The replacement bus took 4 hours to come and I had to miss an important meeting because of this. Very disappointed

The trip is so satisfying, the driver is very precised and well said of the bus rules. Very friendly.

Bus was nearly an hour late and didn’t have the amenities advertised when booking (no wifi or bathroom on-board).

I didn't have wifi access during the trip even though I tried to get access numerous times.

The driver was very helpful and welcoming. The ride was smooth. However the bus was 25 minutes late to the pickup spot, which cause much anxiety among waiting passengers. I understand traffic was bad during that time in downtown Toronto, but I would really appreciate a text message about the delay and estimate pickup time.

The bus seats were good overall. The only thing I didn’t like is the washrooms. They were very very dirty l, speak the toilet seat and it is cery unhygienic especially for women, looked like haven’t even clean in a while..no hand soap or sanitizer, no toilet.

It's was great experience but just one thing missing if company provide a small botel of water for each passenger will be very nice

Horrible they do not specify the location I was waiting at the wrong pioneer station and was supposed to be waiting across the street. Horrible customer support line that leads to nowhere. I had to book another bus. I would avoid.

Bus condition, driver and timing are excellent. I recommend to anyone to use red arrow bus service.

There was a 30 min delay in deaprture without any prior notice. This is th second time in the past month.

The bus is really nice, I took it in a non so crowded day so there was less passengers in so I had enough space for myself and my backpack and handbag. Only thing is that it's pretty cold in the bus due to ventiation so don't forget to get in with a sweater🥶.

The driver took a test at Kingston for 40 minutes and we reached Ottawa at 10.30 pm which is one hour late than the actual stated time 😡

It was pretty crowded on the bus and we were stuck at the Kingston stop for a good 20-30 mins waiting.

My ride to Ottawa was very pleasant as always! Rider express will most certainly be my favourite way to travel.

It was a good trip between Toronto to Ottawa had to change buses 🚌 at Kingston than another 2 more hours to Ottawa

Reckless and rude driver. From Kingston to Ottawa. There was no access to washrooms on both rides from Toronto to Kingston and Kingston to Ottawa. The bus terminal in Kingston was closed and our only option was wait outside. People were urinating on the perimeter of the station as there was no other option. Utterly disgusted by the poor planning and lack of care.

The library was closed and it that cold weather there was no safe protected area to wait for bus to arrive. I would never choose that spot again with the terrible weather conditions and no consideration what so ever from the company. I traveled from union station before and it was a good experience. Bus delayed and within this long trip two of us could not even sit together! The only thing I liked was the bus (two levels with roof light). Since we couldn’t sit together, one of us had a bag tag stolen from us! The person sitting next to her told how cute is that and took it when she fallen sleep! It was a good token from our friends.

Hard to find bus the bus wasn’t called metro linx it was called Go bus !

Horrible they cancelled the trip and didn’t even email me. Trip was cancelled a few hours before. Entirely unprofessional. Still awaiting a response.

Today they didn't notify me that my bus was canceled and I was in the cold for a long time.

I didnt even go on that trip. The driver didnt show up. I was there waiting for 4 hours out the cold. No one contacted me neither is there a number i could contact.

I will try not to take the afternoon bus again—it was a big bus, with lots of stops, and over 40 minutes late.

The seats were a little on the tighter size but they were still comfortable for the journey from Toronto to Ottawa. The midway stop was timed right so that passengers could exit the bus, use the restroom or buy a snack/beverage. Although, we left right on time from Scarborough, we arrived behind schedule in Ottawa by about 45-50 minutes. The journey was enjoyable and I would travel again on MapleBus.

Clean bus, on time, friendly driver, announcement was clear and professional. Seats were hard a bit.

Terrible service. Being informed 2 hours after the departure time that the shuttle was experiencing issues and would not arrive was unacceptable. Had to book a flight back home that cost me 700$.

Driver was 2 and half hours late. Came in a sienna car and not a bus ! Got to ottawa and driver didn’t stop at Bayshore mall and went straight to Downtown. Very unprofessional driver, played loud music all through the journey.

Pick up was on time.
