Really smooth ride
Bus driver was rude and the bus arrived late. The terminal had no indoor facility for us to wait for the bus and we were forced to wait in the freezing cold. Bus was not early , driver came late and had a bad attitude.
Late Nott happy
Would have been appreciated to get an update from the staff member on site selling the tickets. We all stood outside in the cold for 40+ minutes and could have been told to come in to wait.
The greyhound bus drove right past me without picking me up. I will no longer be using greyhound bus services.
The platform was crowded again but this driver announced loudly that he was only looking at 6:20 tickets, suggesting 6:30 ticket holders step aside. This helped speed things up. He also announced that no one was to get on the bus without showing their ticket first (after someone started to do just that while he was unloading luggage). I appreciated his assertiveness. A bullhorn would help even more to organize the passengers on the platform and to relay information. And this driver put the luggage right into the baggage compartment immediately after looking at the passengers' tickets, avoiding the risk of missing a bag (like last week). A long Toronto line merged with the London line. It would be possible for someone to miss their bus because of this overcrowding. Safety risk: the driver had to back up (with a crowded platform) to get around the parked Toronto bus.
On way from Kitchener to London everything was perfect however from Kitchener to London I was stranded at Sportsworld for 30 minutes with no one to call or advise of bus late. So much for 24/7 support since I sent an email at 9:00 and just got a response 5-6 hours later
not good service too much late
The Kitchener platform was packed with lineups merging for Toronto AND two buses to London (6:20 & 6:30) and the driver was putting the luggage beside the bus instead of inside as he checked tickets (very carefully). When he later loaded the luggage, he missed my suitcase (he saw it but thought it belonged to someone in the 6:30 line, even though it had been right beside the other luggage he'd loaded)! He was closing the baggage doors when my mom rushed over and handed him my suitcase to load. :(
Smooth ride slept the whole ride
Ride was smooth. Everything went well
Nerve-wracking! Your online schedule checker showed that the bus was leaving later and later, eventually more than 90 min late. We stayed home because there's no indoor waiting area in Kitchener. Then it suddenly said it was only leaving 17 min later than scheduled! We live 30 minutes away. I got on the bus with literally seconds to spare. The driver said he was only still there because he'd taken a phone call. Too close!!! The drive itself was fine.
Late busses every time. Had to wait in the cold for 35 minutes as I wasn’t leaving from a greyhound station, rather a bus stop.
The bus was really late and I was FROZEN waiting because the terminal closed in September (or so the sign says). I also couldn't figure out the wifi on the bus. Traffic was really slow - not Greyhound's fault, but made me think I should consider the train in the future. Liked the price, though!
In Kitchener there is no place indoors to wait in -3 weather that’s not including the windchill. That also means no washrooms. I arrive 30 min early to ensure I get my tickets and wait in line. So when the bus is over an hour late that means I’ve had to wait out doers for 1.5 hours. The bus smells like pee, badly. The attendant can not make any announcement as to the delay because Kitchener terminal is unable to do so.
Not punctual and need to be more courteous
buses are late every single time, I’ve consistently gotten home at least an hour later than the scheduled arrival time, literally 8 times in a row
Waited outside in the cold for an hour because the bus was late!
The ride itself was fine. However, posting or notice of the lateness would have been very helpful - especially for folks looking to connect to other transit. Nearly an hour late on a Monday morning with no communication seemed a little insensitive to customer needs.
Why has the Charles St building closed? Would have been nice to sit inside instead of standing outside or sitting on wet benches
I am extremely disappointed with this trip. I was late nearly 1.30hrs. Arrival time is 8pm.but I reached London at 9.45 pm.i am about to miss my flight. I can't even track the bus. many times I called to customer care service they don't even know about whether the bus departured or not.very poor reply from them .i will never suggest anyone to select this services.i will do my best to avoid your service .
The staff were helpful and friendly, kudos to them
Everything was very nice; the delayed departure didn't cause me any problems. I just wish there was an earlier bus from Kitchener to London.
Bus was dirty, but arrived at Kitchener and London on time so that makes up for it !
The bus wasn’t tidy but overall was a good ride
Bus was quite dirty when we got on, 15 minutes late as well.
