I was expecting a coach bus and some short bus with NO BATHROOM pulled up. What wouldve happened if someone needed to use the restroom? Pee on the seats?

It was TOO HOT on the bus but the driver was early and made sure everyone was on the bus. He was very kind.

Paid for a standard sized bus with wifi, a bathroom etc. but ended up riding in a small school bus? No notice of the change. Riders were packed like sardines. Driver was 25 mins late and then proceeded to sit and wait at the stop for many minutes??? for no one because there were no seats left because it was so packed. Not at all impressed paying full price for something that felt extremely low class.
Users frequently highlight the professionalism and friendliness of drivers, as well as the overall comfort and cleanliness of buses. The service is often described as punctual with effective communication about delays via text messages. However, some users noted challenges such as unclear bus stop locations due to lack of signage, occasional rudeness from customer service agents, and issues with internet ticket sales. Despite these minor concerns, many travelers express satisfaction with their experiences and recommend the service for its affordability and convenience.

The bus ride was comfortable however the bus stop in Kitchener was not clearly indicated and the addition of signage would be very helpful. Even GPS didnt show it clearly. I didn't know where to go.

Awful. My bus was booked from Kitchener to London for 4:50pm. It arrives after 6pm. Well over one hour late and I simply had to stand in the street, waiting. Will be recommending that colleagues and friends don't use your service.

There was a 40 min delay, but there was big snow, so acceptable. Could do better if they can let us know when exactly our bus is going to come, cause we stood in the snow for that long.
Users have reported that the service was smooth and punctual. However, there were some concerns about the bus environment being a bit stuffy or having an odor. Additionally, questions arose regarding why identification is collected when other identifying factors are available.

The bus came almost 2 hours late and I had to wait in the sidewalk for 2 hours in a cold windy weather. FlixBus does have an online tracking system that could have allowed the passengers to see whether the bus comes on-time or not. However, even after 1 hour and 25 minutes of delay the tracking system said the bus is on-time! If that was the first time I took FlixBus in that route, I would have certainly believed that I have come to a wrong spot and missed my bus. I travel daily from Kitchener to London and I always took busses from another company which has similar delays but without a tracking systems. When I learned about your tracking system at FlixBus, I decided to switch to hoping to plan my journey to the station more appropriately and only show up when the bus would arrive. But having unreliable tracking system is even worse than not having it at all. Without a tracking system, the passengers could always call the customer service to ask about possible delays but if they trust an unreliable tracking system, they could end up waiting on the sidewalk for two hours in harsh weather conditions.

Rider Express Kitchener London recent customer reviews
Dear Rider Express Customer Service Team,
I have been a loyal Rider Express passenger for over three years and typically choose to travel with your company for two key reasons: the consistent cleanliness of your buses and the kindness and professionalism of your drivers. While delays of up to an hour have been common, I have often been willing to overlook these inconveniences because of the welcoming attitude of your drivers, who help set a positive tone for the trip.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very different and left me feeling disappointed and humiliated. The bus was delayed by approximately 20 minutes without any notification, which I have grown accustomed to, but what truly upset me was the treatment I received from the driver at my arrival stop.
When retrieving my carry-on luggage from the storage cabin, I found it pushed to the very back and out of reach. In the past, your drivers have always been kind enough to assist, even going out of their way to help with heavy bags. On this occasion, however, the driver simply opened the luggage cabin and walked away. Surrounded by over 50 students waiting to board, I politely asked if it was possible to open the cabin from the other side to make my bag accessible. Instead of assisting, the driver responded dismissively: “You can just climb in and get it, it’s very simple.”
This response was not only unprofessional but also left me embarrassed in front of other passengers. I was forced to climb inside the cabin to retrieve my bag, which resulted in a minor head injury. As someone with a disability, I found this situation particularly humiliating and unacceptable.
I understand that drivers are busy and under pressure, but basic courtesy and assistance should never be compromised. This experience has made me reconsider my future with Rider Express, despite years of loyalty.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as I believe no passenger should ever feel dismissed, belittled, or forced to injure themselves to retrieve luggage. I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken to ensure future drivers provide the professionalism and kindness that Rider Express is known for.

Book A Ride Kitchener London recent customer reviews
First of all, the ride came later than the reserved time (8min). I tried calling Book A Ride, but they hung up on me at least 2 times. The driver was constantly on the phone. How he was talking outloud didn't bother me too much but there were a few times when the car swiveled.

Anxiety filled. Bus was late, couldn't find a telephone contact and lastly I was traveling with minors but was unable to find seats close to at least my 7 and 10 year olds. We were scattered throughout the bus.
