Bus Tickets from Pearson Toronto Airport to Kitchener

Bus was very late and not on time. The scanning process and letting in Travellers onboard was a bit of a long process. The bus itself was decent. So it was and okay experience.

bus was comfortable but cold. Live tracker didn't work and waiting in the cold wasn't fun :(

Service was good. Driver was courteous and on time bus arrival to my destination.

the bus was empty and i was able to sleep but it took me 2 hours to find the bus stop as there were no clear signs or any indication i was in the right place and the location they have on the app is wrong

They waited for me! I didn't care much for the lady on the phone telling me to hurry more as I was already running across an airport super stressed out

The ride and driver were ok, but when the mid-size showed up, it was a plain white vehicle with no name on it! We had no clue that it was our ride. If we wouldn't have asked, we would have missed our ride after waiting 3 hours following our flight!

It was hard to find where the bus stop was, but the driver called me to confirm pickup and helped me find the right bus.

The bus came 30 mins late . Passengers were left in the cold . No email or Notifications was sent to tell us of the delays . This. Was Avery bad experience for Me

Received an email saying running 15 minutes behind and they were exactly there on revised time.

Good service. On time and friendly staff.

I waited for the directions given and bus was not there . Later called ourbus customer care and they told me bus is already left. That put me in a stressful situation as I have to catch my flight , I had to call uber and spent around 150 dollar . Really disappointed

This driver was very kind, the bus confortable however I did not put a 5* because the operator’s name on my ticket (« ourbus) was not the good one, same for the exact location at the airport (P2/P4 vs P1/P3). I understand it can change but I should have received an email notification. It was a bit stressful.

Never on Time and zero communication regarding any delays or if the pickup spot changes

Going to Toronto was perfect, however coming back the replacement Mini Van was over one hour late. I understand that the company is doing everything to fix this issue.

There was no problem with the ride just difficulty ascertaining I wax in the right place in the airport for pick up. Signage would be helpful

I enjoy how spacious and relaxing the drive is. Would be better if we could recline seats back just a little. It was a little too of upright for my back but still comfortable.

The bus ride itself was fine. The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was courteous and helpful. I sat in the front seat so could see him driving. He was very attentive while driving. But the bus arrived at pick up about 40 mins late and we arrived at our destination more than an hour late. I had to dig through my emails to find a phone number to locate the pick up location (Terminal 3 YYZ) because there was absolutely no information available anywhere.

On time. Good efficient service. A little trouble finding we here to catch the shuttle bus. Perhaps that info should go on the ticket

I could not find the bus stop, and so i mssed the bus. Because i am new to Pearson Airport, i did not know the bus stop, so i followed the address which is shown on web site but guess what. They showed a wrong place…
