Super friendly bus driver and really well equipped buses. 10/10!
Eric our driver was amazing, so friendly and wanting the best for the passengers!
This is the second greyhound bus in 2 days to not turn up. Stop selling the tickets If you’re cancelling busses!!
Professional staff, punctual service and good value
Really disappointed this morning ! 3 hours late without explanation
Early, clean , friendly driver. Shame closing in Canada.
The bus was filthy and smelled horrible.
Bus was 1 HR late and the depot is closed so we waited outside in the cold and rain
Driver was prompt efficient and managed to miss a couple of deers running across the highway in a safe manner
The bus did not turn up and was I left stranded! Customer service absolute disgrace. I was just told my ticket was broken and after 45mins on the phone my situation was not helped. I was just offered a refund and told sorry. Will not ever use your Company again. You will receive an invoice for my alternative transport.
This bus was the best greyhound I have been on so far.
No allocated seating. Lots of passengers occupying two seats and refuse to move until told to do so by driver. Boarding passengers struggle for seating.
It was a nice trip. Only problem was 10 minutes of delay
It would be nice if staff were more personable - introduce themselves (via microphone) to passengers onboarded.
Friendly staff; bus on time departing and arriving.
When you in Banff have to wait outside in the late evening, and the bus is 90 minutes delayed, it's just not ok.
Much more comfortable and spacious than the bus from Vancouver to Banff, WiFi worked too. A pleasant journey
I was rushing to the bus station after work and I wasn’t managed to retrieve my ticket from the counter due to it was closed. However, the drive was so nice. He asked me to just get on the bus by recording down my ticket reference number. He was still reminded me to print it out next time nicely. So, I’m kinda like this service.
Unethical, inconsiderate, non punctual and impolite staff. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience.
