I am extremely disappointed with ebus. I bought tickets for my daughter and she got COVID. I was sure I paid extra for the tickets thinking I could change the date since she couldn’t travel undertone circumstances. The tickets were non refundable. I am out 175.00 because of your policy. I just wanted to change the date for travelling until she recovered. Very poor business policy. I won’t be recommending ebus to anybody.
Loved both my drivers, super nice and clear. Also gave us ample time to do what we needed to:) Also the wait for the bud was alright I understand that there is traffic and issues sometimes just wanted to be honest :)
Great way to travel. Bit late through no fault of the drivers, construction delays, regular traffic delays caused us to be a few minutes late. Very pleasant and helpful drivers. I liked that there was internet service.
it was christmas day and extremely snowy, and the staff were all incredibly kind and trying to get everybody to their destination slowly and safely. thankful 💓
staff was good, bus was fine. not your fault the coquihalla was closed and it took an extra 4 hours almost. still the most terrible bus ride I've ever had. Also on person on the bus was yelling and not wearing her mask and changing in public and got kicked off, so that was a 45 minute delay too.
Overall good experience. I would take it again. It would be best, however, if during Covid that all people travelling could have their own row unless travelling with someone they know.
This is the 3rd time I have taken ebus and I am very satisfied. Bus has always been on time and very clean. The Bus Drivers have always been very professional and friendly. Covid protocals are followed . I cannot be more pleased with the service.
Overall satisfied. We took a 50 minute break in Merritt, (when I was informed we are taking 20), I am not complaining, but someone should've let the passengers know why there was 30 minutes extra delay leaving Merritt. Very professional driver from Merritt to Abbotsford, believe his name was Ron.
Very friendly efficient drivers. Our safety comes first. Clean buses. WiFi appreciated. Late due to road conditions while waiting in Merritt for Vancouver bus. As I said, they value our safety. Just wish they had connecting routes / buses to Maple Ridge & Penticton.
