Euroline bus experience is comparable to buses in Vietnam or other developing, poor countries. The bus was dirty, staff rude and unprofessional. The bus drivers used their phones while driving all the time. Furthermore, at certain stops everyone was forced to get off the bus so that the bus could be filled with gas BUT during this time, my luggage was sorted through and a lot was stolen from my bag, while I could not supervise it! I will never use Eurolines again. My shoes, jackets and other valuable personal items were stolen. The bus was beyond late. Beyond terrible. How is this even allowed?
