The bus was utterly & disgustingly untidy , the toilets were WORSE. Seat recliners are not working . Never again!!!

Bus was delayed with 4+ hours, had to make other travel arrangements and thus lost R500 on a bus i never took because of the delay. Worst experience yet with intercape, on a previous trip i was left next to the road an had to hike after a bus broke down and was told there is no alternative bus, i was never refunded for both these trips. I will never ever use intercape again.
