Horrible, the bus delayed with 6 hours, the drivers also were driving rubbish. My experience with inter cape was horrible. I alway travel with inter-cape but this time was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. I feel like intercape doesn’t care about customers anymore.

Hi firstly the bus was late yesterday it only arrived 20mins after expected time i had to go work but couldn't leave my son alone at the bustop and the mere fact that the bus was stopping alot on the road due to a trailer jumping around to much. I must say my son traveling alone for the second time told me he wil never travel with intercape again. Because they stopped along the dark road next to bushes and that was very scary
