I didn’t like how one staff from national express working on luton airport.I have asked him if i can go in the bus because i had already booked my ticket one month ago,and he just said that if its no place i have need to take another bus,which i consider is not alright what happening! First should be board people who already booking on online,and the rest who remaining available by ticket cash! Was too rude speaking with me!!!
