No plug as announced and very old bus. Except this good service and very nice and helpfl staff.
The trip from Montreal to New York was on time which was great but the bus was too old, the engine to noisy and the toilette smelled although no one used them during the whole time. We had to leave the bus in Albany for 30 min at 2 am when everybody finally was falling asleep. In New York we had an out and a half delay. An exhausting trip
They lost my bag
I traveled on a day with pretty stormy weather, but even considering that, the service was abysmal. The storm was over and road conditions were clear for hours before I had to catch my next bus from NY to Philadelphia, and it was still 3 hours late, as they did not have enough bus drivers on staff. Additionally, there was no staff members who were around to explain why there was a delay, or when they expected another driver to be available. Finally there was multiple instances of confusion when they wrongly announced that the bus was about to be loaded (as they fixed the bus driver issues) then said "never mind we are still short." Overall, this situation was handled in a very non-professional way and I will not be a greyhound customer in the future.
MTL to NYC should have a much better buses. Even in South America it’s better than that.
The miserable wifi connection prevented me from working during my trip. I understand reception can be bad, but it is not possible to use the wifi for work purposes (e.g. Google Docs). On the ride from New York to Philadelphia light were out and the seat light could not be turned on. Couldn't read my book.
I arrived at Montreal and had some questions for the guy sitting at the Greyhound booth. He was rude and mocking me right when I left. Other than that, the bus drivers were nice.
delays made overlay time almost non-existent.. grrr
I had to print my ticket again because I printed both sided and needed the backside for another trip so it would be nice to explain that to customers when they print the tickets themeselves
One of the buses,(Montreal to NY) was very uncomfortable. There was no space to move one's legs. I wAs sore all over. Seems like it's one of the newer buses and it caters to tiny people. The other buses were of the older type, there was enough space and also foot-rests.Those were more comfortable
