Your bus driver left me, my son and 4 other passengers in a rest stop in the middle of nowhere. She said we had a half hour. We came out at a half hour and the bus was gone. Nobody from Greyhound would help us, despite numerous calls to the 1-800 number. I spent 450 dollars on a private car service to ride me home.
Most staff very helpful.
I was stuck at a station for 6 hours because they could find a bus driver.
Greyhound staff was rude
Outlets on bus were poor. Normal sized plugs consistently just fell out.
Pleasant trip BUT seats are too narrow.
Awesome driver! Great trip
Most confusing directions given over PA system in Philadelphia- staff there not very helpful.
