The driver made me wait out side the bus telling I had no seat no even tough I bought a ticket for $128. I was about to call police and my attorney if there was no seat available for me in the bus yesterday. The worst transit I ever took in my life please learn from other bus companies.

It was cancelled right at the last minute. So it was a very very dissatisfied experience. Nobody came and told the passengers it was cancelled. We all got notified either with an email or when someone called to ask about the delayed bus. Terrible awful service

The driver signed to the bus has never run this route previously. He didn’t know how to get in and out all the stops. Worst of all he didn’t know how to get to the Washington DC Union Station, and into the bus lot. We won’t be able to get there safely without the help of two customers who literally guided the bus driver from street to street from Baltimore to final station.
