Bus Tickets from Santa Marta (Magdalena Department), CO to Barranquilla

Everything was perfect, from A-Z. It was my first Bus-Trip in Columbia and I will do it again, if possible, with Unitransco.

Terrible! A 2 hr trip took 6 hrs instead. I got to Barranquilla at 3pm instead of 11am.

Very nice comfy buses with AC and lord of leg room. Relaxing

We were told that our bus had been canceled so they scheduled us to a different bus. We were told that instead of the front seats that we had requested we were now in the back next to the bathroom. The bathroom had a horrible odor that made it difficult to stay in our seats.

Goede bus kwaliteit, geen klachten. Goedkoop en snelle verbinding tussen verschillende plaatsen.

My trip from cartagena to Santa Marta was great but from Santa Marta to Cartagena was a mess

Ao princípio nada bem pois quando cheguei não havia bus estava avariado logo não há viagem, mas depois funcionários muito simpáticos encontraram outro autocarro noutra companhia para fazer o trajecto

Bad service, staff indifferent

2h hours late, no excuses norhing. The driver left us in the middle of nowhere in barranquilla instead of the bus station because we were "only 2" going there. It's a shame.

Late as lots of traffic due to the carnaval in Barranquilla, but the seats were comfy and ac was lovely. Would recommend

Bad service and communication at the bus station, they responded in a very unpolite way, arrogant I'd say. The service in the bus itself was oke although there was no clear indication of the bus stop.

We should have been on a small bus to the main bus station in Barranquilla we were put on a bus to Cartegena and dropped off on a main road not the bus station. We are 2 elderly travellers…. NOT GOOD

Overall good bus. Can't move the foot rest so it makes your legs feel cramped. Luckily it was a 2 hour bus.
