The bus was really hot, the AC didn't work.. We change the bus (1h) waiting.. And the think is that we arrived to floripa 4 HOURS late ... It can't be like that.. Was already 11h trip and finish in 15HOURS on the bus is crazy. I'm sorry but I don't going to take anymore this company .
