The bus and driver are safe, the seats were comfortable, but the hygiene and time management leave much to be desired
Hi, we made it to Lagos but both drivers we had were on their phone at different points of the trip and that’s unforgivable. They have our lives in their hands. We are still shocked and upset.
Bus driver very rude at half-way stop. He used bathroom, but did not want anyone else leaving bus. I had to hold him from leaving before my wife returned from using bathroom.

It didn t arrive in 1,5hour, so I had to book an other one
Bad points: the bus was a bit grubby/untidy. We waited en route at a pick up point for 30 minutes for a passenger who didn't turn up. The GOOD POINTS: There were only 5 passengers on the bus so we didn't have to stop at all the other pick up points. The bus was earlier than scheduled at the final destination. I'd use the service again.
3 hours late to pick up. No company representative onsite. Bathroom locked on board.
