The driver was rude. I asked him for orientation when the bus arrived to Madrid, but he said I was wasting his time.
The trip was wonderful the bus was clean. I thought the driver was a bit harsh...no taking off shoes, no food, sit with seatbelt all the time. It is a night drive and people want to feel comfortable...and relaxed.
