Very confusing when we got to bus terminal we saw the Bogota bus driver said it wasn't this one we went to ask people who said it was the bus. 4 hours delay 2 hours due to crash at start. Driver dropping people off all over Bogota which meant more delays. Overall bad experience
Our bus broke down, we just had to wait and no one informed us about what happend and what the plan was. Then we had to wait for 2,5 hour for a new bus on the side of the road. After that we drove half an hour in the new bus and then the bus took an hour break…. In total the trip took 4(!!) hours longer than planned. The service in all this was really bad.
Seats were extremely uncomfy. Air conditioning was dripping on my head, bus driver constantly beeping the horn all though the night and constantly stopping. Bathroom was disgusting, whole back of the bus smelt like urine. Worst overnight bus trip i have ever had!
The information on the website about the duration of the journey is totally misleading. It is not 6h50min. It took us 9 hours to get to Bogota and we left Armenia late too. Please correct this information online
We were on a night bus, obviously planning on sleeping. The seats we were in were at the front and unfortunately had very little leg room. The worst thing however was the driver playing extremely loud music most of the trip. It was horrible and therefore very difficult to sleep.
Very nice bus. Was late leaving and late arriving though and when we stopped half way for a break the driver told us we had 30 minutes but we ended up waiting nearly an hour at the rest stop
Excellent service. Security protocol and paper checking made properly. Driver was marvelous, respected all road speed limits and drove carefully in the mountain cliffs.
Big comfortable bus with an entertainment screen, enough leg space and a toilet on board. Despite on leaving later we arrived (even with the traffic jam) on time!
Worst night bus we took in Colombia. It was an old bus, the seats weren't as comfy as other companies we've used, not much leg room, no phone charging ports, and they played a loud movie. Got almost no sleep which meant we had to sleep the next day, missing a day of our holiday.
Great but, very comfortable. Had wifi on board and even personal televisions with movies.
The only main problem was the freezing a/c. I've never been on a cooler bus in my life
Very unhelpful/moody staff. Timeliness was very bad. Grateful we got there in one piece but it was +11 hours on a drive estimated 6-8 hours. The bus was unnecessarily cold with airco & can compare service with other smaller buses which would be a preferred method in thr future.
The bus had no working air conditioning, and they didn't inform anyone waiting unless asked. When they answered, it was very rude. We are native English speakers but speak Spanish (conversational). The staff purposefully spoke extremely quickly when we asked what was going on. We also needed to go to the bathroom an hour after our bus was supposed to have left. We had no cash and they just shrugged their shoulders. Ended up buying another bus ticket because our 11 pm bus was rescheduled for 8 am and we would have missed our flight. Never again will we use this company.
We had an 8 hour bus ride with no toilet! The bathroom door was shut locked. I was traveling with my 84 year old mother. We asked the driver for a bathroom stop and he kept saying yes, I'll stop. But he wouldn't. She had to go to the back seat, pull her pants down and pee in a bag. Some urine spilled. She was crying and also got hit walking back from the back to her seat as bus moved.
He made one stop in 8 hours. There were children and elderly.
Driver drove crazy and this led to us arriving in Bogota 2 hours early. Normally this wouldn't be that bad, however it was to early in the morning. The Seats are very comfortable though.
