A 10 hour bus with no charging ports is a joke. I also misplaced my luggage tag so the guy said I had to pay him, which I knew couldn’t be true, so I gave him what was in my pocket and he told me to get off the bus.
The drive drove too fast, it was dangerous and scary. The way was dark and the path was really curvy so we could not sleep peacefully or walk normal to the bathroom. I came and asked the driver to slow down a little bit but he answered rude without the willingness to help me feel secure.
My friend and I are disappointed and will never go on this company again.
The duobus was great - there was a rain storm enroute thru road construction and driver handled very well.
The only problem that my bags were put in luggage compartment in area which got wet in storm - i had to take them to get washed and dryed - cost 40,000 peso or $15 USD - I think a gift coupon of $15 that i can apply to future bus trip
One of the staff was very rude. He wanted to change my seat with two Colombian girls but he didnt know any English and was COMMANDING me to change. Its not nice. Altho the bus driver was driving so FAST i couldnt sleep! He drove so fast we arrived 2 hours early. The roads are already bad, but the driver could drive a little slower so we could sleep cause it was a night trip. I dont think ill buy another ticket from this company.
Would be great but for the ridiculous unmoving footrests that don't allow anyone taller than 5'7 to stretch their legs out. Other bus companies also have the footrests that fold down from the seat in front and considering Bolivariano is supposed to be "the best" I was sorely disappointed. Won't be using this bus company again.
the driver was driving so fast it was not even pleasurable to be in the bus. It makes me feel sick and i went to the toilet when the staff told me i could not be sick in the toilet and i had to go back to my seat and vomit in a plastic bag wish i did not have. They didn't care of me at all. The bus was scheduled at 9 and arrived at 9:40 which is very late and they took my ticket ike it was not a good ticket told me they were coming back but they never did. I thought i would get kicked out of the bus until the bus leave without saying anything.
