The app told me to go to the north terminal and there was not terminal on the ticket once it was printed out. Thus, I ended up at the wrong bus terminal. Had to pay a taxi driver to rush me to the south terminal before 9 am. He go me there but in 15 min. Because traffic was light. Not happy. The the bus left 30 min late, we did not arrive in Cali till 9pm. When I bought the tickets it said 9 am departure, arrival time 5pm. Now I would give the bus and 1.5hours of grace because of the construction. But still that 4 hours. Late. Let's just say not happy!

A 10 hour bus with no charging ports is a joke. I also misplaced my luggage tag so the guy said I had to pay him, which I knew couldn’t be true, so I gave him what was in my pocket and he told me to get off the bus.
