The staff are great! From the counter staff or ticket agents to the drivers. I love taking the bus. Ontario Northland particularly because it's my home township. BRAVO for hiring people who have great interpersonal skills, no matter what "the weather"! It makes all the difference!

Bus driver from barrie to north bay was ignorant and was hurassing me and centering me out and on top of it all she couldnt keep the bus between the lines on the road and doing 130 in a 90 zone and verry jerky steering
It wasn’t the bus drivers fault there was some mechanical issues with the bus we had to wait from mechanic etc.
Bus breakdown delay in Parry Sound. Very little communication from the bus driver who was not very friendly
Our driver today was really funny, lighthearted humor kept us with smiles on our face. The most pleasant driver I have ever met. The bus was clean, and the ride veey comfortable. Looking forward to my next trip. :)
The seats are very uncomfortable, I would pay more if there was an option for a more comfortable trip. I prefer greyhound buses.
i haven’t taken a bus in years. It was nice to kick back with music. Comfy, clean, and regular coffee stops.
