The bus was a few minutes late which was ok but the customer service over the phone when I had an issue with my ticket was absolutely horrible. Again the bus ride was completely fine and seems to have only been behind due to traffic but solely due to the customer service I will never find myself booking with them again and will recommend to all others to avoid if possible.
Quite happy with Northland and will use them again quite happily!
Wished was cleaner baggage compartment
Printing is not my thing. I printed the ticket on one page not realizing there were two tickets. If the two tickets could be on one page that would be more convienient. The man at Greyhound was excellent who helped me.
Though the bus was late the driver was very pleasant and professional
Its all good
Very good service
Drive home in freezing rain was safe and on time. Excellent driver and company rep. Drive south was delayed by bad roads up north.
Very helpful and nice people
We had the most amazing Bus Driver, a woman, full of Christmas Cheer. I had her both up to Barrie and return three days later. Was very proud of this woman and female drivers!
The bus to Yorkdale was 30 min late. Since I had no specific appointment that was not a problem. The bus back to Barrie was on time.
Bus was late and overbooked
The bus had lots of leg room. Unfortunately it was 30 minutes late. These things happen, but an explanation would have been nice.
Internet never works
Very Kool and happy
Good way to travel
Just what I wanted... A bus ride to Toronto at a reasonable fare.
Overall pretty good. Nice driver, wifi was good
Very nice bus. Smooth, quick, safe ride. Would use it again.
I had to take a taxi to come on time in Toronto. The bus was late more than hour and I couldn't wait for it more time.
The driver was very nice.
Over all I would maybe use again but not the best service or recommendation choice.
Excellent professional service
It was very late
Sittings were uncomfortable. The only problem is the other passengers who selfishly 'save' their seats with a sweater or a bag. And other ones who doesn't have the decency to move their bags off the seat so others can seat. End up seating right beside the washroom cubby, and seating beside someone who had the their foot all over the place. So bottomline, I had to seat through the ride with an inconsiderate passenger and beside a washroom, seeping with urine and feces smell.
I arrived for the 4:20pm bus at 4:15pm and watched it leave as I entered the car park. I had to find another way to Toronto even though I had made it on time to the bus. Luckily, there was a GO train leaving at 4:20pm also, and I had time to buy a ticket and board the train. The bus was a waste of my money and time.
